Diamond Steps Shawl
When younger I fondly remember playing dress up with a super cosy shawl of my grandmother's, it was unusual with a collar to the shawl. The Diamond Step Shawl has been designed with this childhood memory in mind, created as a diamond shape to give you a cosy collar, by folding over the top flat edge.
The step blocks form an intricate detail in the body of the shawl and a pretty finishing edge for the shawl. The grids give an extra detail outlining the deep v shaping of the shawl.
Using an over large hook this gives a wonderful flow to the shawl, even before blocking. As with all my patterns there are both UK and US versions available for you.
There is a group at Yarn Jugglers, on Facebook, who are ready to help you out if you have any queries. You are sure to have great success with this pattern.
